Hi everyone! I'm Genís Matutes, one of the last MarsBased hires, and coincidentally, I used to be in the organising team of the best conference for devs of our city. This year, I've attended FullStackFest, and I've written a compilation of my favourite talks, and also some insights about the event.

We're proud to present this year's edition of the Startup Grind annual conference in Barcelona, now extremely focused on tech.
Leaders of opinion and attendees from all over the world are flocking to Barcelona to attend the second annual conference of Startup Grind in the Catalan capital, organised by MarsBased.

In September, we attended this year's EuRuKo that was held in Sofia, Bulgaria. EuRuKo is short for European Ruby Conference. Four of our Martians headed to the Balcanic country for a week of remote working and to attend this edition of the European Ruby Conference.
Although it is not the first time that we attend a big conference - we've attended Startup Grind Global Conference, BaRuCo or FullStackFest - it was the first time we took this sort of adventure where a big part of the team travelled together.
